How to join KYJO

KYJO is always looking for new players -anyone aged under 18 is welcome to join.

No previous experience of playing jazz is necessary, but you should be able to play at the equivalent of grade 4 standard or above.

You can find out more about KYJO and hear the band play at one of the following:

  • gigs - some are free, others are ticketed. Click HERE for details of gigs.
  • rehearsals – are held at Invicta Grammar School in Maidstone on a Tuesday evening. Click HERE for details..

FEES

Currently at the rate of £70 per term, payable pro-rata after completion of 3 'taster' sessions. Assistance with fees may be available.
